The downtown YMCA is located in the heart of downtown, surrounded by a vibrant and active community. The Downtown YMCA features a full four lane swimming pool and small pool, track/free weight area, conditioning centre, childcare, gym, squash and racquetball courts, and membership plus locker rooms.

Northwest YMCA

The Northwest YMCA is located in the Rochdale area of Regina, surrounded by a family based community. The Northwest YMCA boasts an impressive 54,000 sq feet facility with a gym, equipment area, 2 childcare facilities, classrooms, play structure, rock climbing wall, and 2 swimming pools with adjustable (movable) floors and water slide.

Both locations are open 5:45AM to 10:00PM on weekdays, and 7:00AM to 7:00PM on weekends and holidays.
