HERE IS HOW….
STEP 1:
- Make your donation to either the Strong Kids Campaign or the Centennial Campaign
- On the same web page follow the volunteer training guide to increase your comfort level with YMCA stories
STEP 2:
- Find three friends you can share your YMCA experience and story with
- Ask them to donate as well
STEP 3:
- Ask your three friends to find three friends to do the same
STEP 4:

Conversation Guideline
“Hi Dave, it’s Doris from the Y calling regarding the YMCA Strong Kids and Centennial Capital Campaign. Your name was put forward as someone that cares strongly about the Y. I was wondering if you could help us out and become one of the team leaders for the campaigns. You won’t have to knock on doors or make house calls. I only need to access the Y website at regina.ymca.ca and once you see the volunteer training guide you’ll see how easy it is. In short, you need to find three friends to tell the Y story. It’s worth it.
If you feel we have missed something or have a comment that would help us improve communications, please let us know.
You can email me at rklassen@regina.ymca.ca
Thanks for volunteering at the YMCA.
